I started this leadership and organizational development practice to help organizations and the people within them exposes the unspoken, the manipulative, and the performative dynamics that silently shape modern workplaces - the "undercover workplace".

My work centers around helping people and systems break free from the psychological traps of professionalism, power games, manipulation, and image management (which create mediocrity, high attrition, lack of innovation, toxic workplaces, poor productivity) to create environments where clarity, truth, and presence lead the way.

Here, you’ll find practical tools, coaching, and training designed to help you create a culture where accountability, respect, and well-being *for everyone* come first. These tools and trainings will help you measure, name, and address the systemic and leadership habits causing burnout, turnover, poor productivity, and disengagement - solving the most common organizational issues from the root.
