Refund Policy- Please Read Carefully

I am committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, I understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review the refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@icolaconsulting.com within [3] days of purchase or service delivery.

  2. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

    • The service was not delivered as described or agreed upon.

    • There was a failure to provide the agreed-upon service within the specified time frame.

    • Technical issues prevented access to purchased materials, courses, or services.

 

Non-Refundable Items

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
Please ensure you review all product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the service has been partially or fully delivered and used (coaching sessions, in-person and virtual training and engagements, needs analysis, etc.)

  • If the cancellation is made outside the specified refund period.

  • For digital downloads, templates, online programs, or materials that have been downloaded and accessed.

 

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund request, please email me at info@icolaconsulting.com with the following details:

    • Your name and contact information.

    • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

    • A detailed description of the reason for the refund request.

  2. Refunds will be processed within [3-5] business days of approval. Funds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Coaching, Consulting, and Training Services

I value your time and commitment—and honor ours as well. Refunds for coaching, consulting, or training sessions are offered under the following terms:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty or eligible for a refund (minus any processing fees).

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of a session are not refundable, but I may offer one-time rescheduling at our discretion.

  • No-shows (missed sessions without notice) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

  • For multi-session packages, partial refunds will be considered only if cancellation occurs before the second scheduled session and must be requested in writing.

Group Programs or Workshops

All group program or training registrations are non-refundable after the program has begun. If you are unable to attend, please contact us prior to the start date to discuss credit or transfer options, if available.
