Where power and image were mistaken for leadership, and silence was mistaken for alignment.
Where people learned to suppress their instincts, ideas, and boundaries - not because they lacked potential, but because the system only rewarded performance that looked a certain way.

I've seen departments waste enormous amounts of money, time, resources and energy in the name of upholding outdated processes and policies, and prioritizing politics over outcomes.

And I know how easy it is to lose sight of yourself in environments like that. Not just as an individual - but as a team, as a department, and as a whole organization.

Even the most well-meaning organizations can unintentionally create conditions of toxicity, erasure, burnout, and silence.
And even the most talented leaders can’t thrive in cultures that reward fakery, fear, and complicity over presence, accountability, and competence.
My work is about helping both - people and systems - realign with their values, creating the conditions for meaningful results without sacrificing social, mental, or emotional safety.
