Business Meeting Moment

Power Sessions

Sometimes you don’t need a long program - you need a focused, high-impact conversation that gets straight to the heart of what’s keeping you stuck.

Power Sessions are one-off, 60- or 90-minute coaching intensives designed to help you untangle challenges, gain clarity, and leave with practical strategies you can use right away.

Power Sessions are focused, one-on-one conversations designed to help you:

  • make sense of a confusing situation

  • name dynamics you can feel but can’t quite explain

  • reality-check your interpretation without being dismissed

  • help you decide what you want to do next

These sessions are especially helpful when:

  • something feels wrong, but you don’t have language for it

  • you’re stuck between options and second-guessing yourself

  • you’ve been subtly undermined and are starting to doubt your judgment

  • you need clarity, not cheerleading

You’ll walk away with clear insights, new strategies, and the confidence to move forward with no long-term commitment required. This is not therapy, performance coaching, or advice-giving. It’s a space to think clearly with someone who understands power, psychology, and how workplaces actually operate.

Sometimes one conversation is enough to change how you see everything.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a structured, collaborative process designed to support clarity, decision-making, and forward movement in complex situations.

Unlike advice-giving or consulting, coaching does not prescribe solutions. Instead, it creates space to:

  • examine what’s actually happening

  • surface assumptions and constraints

  • identify realistic options

  • strengthen judgment and self-trust

Coaching is particularly useful when the challenge is not a lack of knowledge or effort, but a lack of clarity, ambiguity, or misalignment.

Sometimes a small reminder in a PDF or infographic is all you need to figure it all out.
