Thrive at Work Without Losing Yourself

Empower
Growth

You know something is wrong. You've known it for a while.

And things feel so weird- the rules keep shifting, the standards feel inconsistent, your concerns get minimized, and speaking up seems to make things worse. Or maybe you can name it exactly, but you know something isn't adding up.

Either way, you're trying to figure out how to navigate a situation that was not designed to be clear and manageable for you. It' intentionally fear and stress inducing, and often hard to make sense of on your own.

This is where I come in, to support that journey through awareness, to liberation.

Stand Up Meeting

Is This For You?

This work is for professionals who are experiencing a workplace situation that is affecting their wellbeing, confidence, or clarity and who are ready to engage thoughtfully with what they find rather than look for easy answers.

It tends to resonate most with people who are trying to make sense of a workplace dynamic that feels wrong but is hard to name, navigating targeted bullying, marginalization, or covert organizational harm, managing the professional challenges that come with a neurodivergent profile, facing a significant decision about whether to stay, escalate, or leave, or recovering from a toxic workplace experience that is still affecting them in their current role or life.

What I Do

I provide coaching, strategy, and support for professionals navigating toxic workplaces, workplace bullying, and the unique challenges that come with being neurodivergent in environments not designed for how you work.

My role is not to tell you what to do. It's to help you see your situation clearly, understand what you're dealing with at a systemic level, and develop a strategy that puts you back in control of your own decisions- whatever those decisions turn out to be.

"As a professional nearing retirement, I’ve spent decades navigating toxic environments, often leaving myself wondering why I was always the target. This guide was the missing piece of the puzzle. Nicole White brilliantly exposes the "undercover workplace," and her breakdown of the toxic ecosystem (from Ringleaders to Fake Buddies) finally made my experiences make sense. I spent years trying to "fix" things emotionally, but this book taught me how to be strategic instead. I only wish I’d had this resource thirty years ago; it would have saved me so much heartache and self-doubt."
