Over 6 weeks, we’ll walk through a guided path of awareness, reclamation, and clarity:

  •  Module 1: Seeing Clearly
    - Decode manipulation, gaslighting, and reputation sabotage.
    - Learn how covert harm hides behind policy, performance, and “professionalism.”

  • Module 2: Undoing Internalized Doubt
    - Understand how you’ve been conditioned to disconnect from your inner authority...and how to get it back.

  • Module 3: Disrupting Scripts

    - Learn safe, powerful ways to name harm without collapse.
    - Practice mirroring, boundary-setting, and disruption.

  • Module 4: Understanding the System
    - See how workplaces are designed to reward compliance and punish clarity so that you stop personalizing systemic harm.

  • Module 5: Leading From Center
    - Anchor in voice, presence, and self-trust—regardless of who’s watching or spinning a narrative.

  • Module 6: Exit or Transform?
    - Create a grounded plan to stay, shift, or leave...with integrity and clarity at the center.
