Level 2- Skill Set of the Modern Leader: Only after building awareness can we beginning building skills, so this level is about identifying the critical skills your leaders will need to excel in modern leadership. We'll dissect the 4 dimensions of organizational awareness into groups of skills and discuss how to cultivate and apply the skills identified.
Level 3- Unscripted Leadership: This level works on organizational and leadership transformation, and helps leaders learn to lead with human-centered skills that are rooted in integrity. trust, and authenticity.
